Who we are

An introduction service

Roofing Waterford is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one roofing company that covers your part of Co. Waterford. They look at the roof, price the job in writing, do the work and deal with you directly. We don't carry out roofing work ourselves.

How we check facts

Every price on the site links to the page it came from and was read on 3 November 2026 (HP Roofing's fascia and soffit prices on 1 November 2026): published figures from BookMyRoofer.ie, Recommended Roofing and HP Roofing. We quote them as they're given, say when VAT isn't stated, and use a source's rest-of-Ireland figure where it has one, because Waterford is outside Dublin, Cork and Galway. Rules come from the primary source: Revenue for VAT, the Planning and Development Act 2000 for planning, and the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 for landlords' repairs. Town figures are CSO Census 2022 (Small Area Population Statistics, built-up areas); rainfall is our own calculation from Met Éireann's 1991–2020 1 km grid. Where a number is ours, the page says so.

We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of jobs we didn't do. The photo preview is an AI picture of your own photo, labelled as one.
